HOW IT WORKS:

The process begins with the initial consultation to determine what type of light display is desired for the holiday season. After the consultation we will schedule a time to have your lights professionally installed.  During the installation process we make sure all the electrical cords are hidden and/or disguised and all electrical connections are wrapped and waterproofed.  Once the lights are installed Holiday Cheer Lights will provide service visits if any issues come up during the season*.  We make it a point to take address all service calls within 24-48 hours after being notified.  After the holidays are over we will remove your lights and store them for you until next season.  We design a diagram of your light display so we know exactly where each light set goes the following season.  We also label every storage box so unlike many companies we make sure you get the exact same number of lights back the following season.  

Most of our clients purchase the lights and gear directly from us but if you already have your own decorations that is not a problem.  We color coordinate all of the electrical cords and electrical tape and offer addititional water proofing options for houses with sensitive GFI outlets.

**All lights come with a 1-season warranty, this warranty does not include damage from rodents, theft, weather, vandalism, GFI related issues, damage caused by sprinklers.**
